Massive shout out to Sony Australia for giving me the opportunity to review their brand new Sony RX0 ii (mark 2) prior to its official release.

I hope this review informs you as much as possible on the many features this camera has to offer whilst also giving you my honest opinion on who I think the Sony RX0ii best suits. Having a massive 1 inch sensor on such a tiny rugged waterproof camera really equips travellers and filmmakers with an extremely powerful tool for capturing both photo and video content. This is the perfect camera for any upcoming content creator looking to step up their vlogging quality or experiment with a different medium. As much as I love all of the amazing features the Sony RX0 mark 2 brings to the market I feel that the user experience really lacks. The menu system is challenging to navigate even for the experienced & savvy sony mirrorless users. In my opinion this camera is for vloggers and travellers providing such a powerful shot in a small, compact and rugged frame. Yes it competes with their current point and shoot range and is technically part of the RX family though I believe the Sony RX0 2 will steal a few of their RX100 customers providing creators with a powerful tool to meet any adventure.
