+cl_showfps 1 (Optional, will show fps and map on top left)
+cl_interp 0 (Will help improve internet speeds)
+cl_interp_ratio 1 (Best internet option)
+rate 128000 (Will make game run as fast as it can)
+cl_updaterate 128 (Highest update rate possible)
+cl_cmdrate 128 (Best rate possible)
+mat_queue_mode 2 (May increase fps for some PCs)
-freq (Insert Monitors Refresh Rate)
-refresh (Insert Monitors Refresh Rate)
+cl_forcepreload 1 (Will preload maps for smooth gamplay)
