The Boda Boda cyclist whose brutal murder was caught on CCTV and circulated widely on social media has been identified as Derrick Mulindwa a resident of Nabweru in Nansana Municipality. However, Police say Investigations to identify the killers are underway and very soon their faces will be made public.
