Azoteq's 30 second tip for low cost touch screens in wearables

There is no need for the use of an expensive ITO sensor structure anymore. The Azoteq sensor’s sensitivity is such that an electrode structure can be designed to fit in-between the LED matrix. This, effectively yields a touch screen on the display, without the associated cost of ITO.

Animation is easy on the display side and list-type menus can easily be navigated with a combination of swipe, tap, double tap and tap&hold gestures
